Welcome Party(2014.5.2)

Hello,

We are Kyoto University CO-OP Foreign Student Committee. We are going to hold a Welcome Party and here is some information for you. Please read it carefully and feel free to make a reservation by e-mail. Whether you are Japanese or foreign people, you can join this party. And you can also tell your friends about this party so that more and more people (only for those who belong to Kyoto University) can join it.

Date: May 2nd, (Friday). The party begins at 18:30,  you can check in from 18:00.

Place: Yoshida Cafeteria 2F (吉田食堂２階）

Yoshida cafeteria is opposite to the Yoshida Ground, and it is NOT Chuou Cafeteria(中央食堂）.

Participation Fee: Free for new international students( enrolled from this April).   500yen for others. If you are a new international student, please bring your student ID card to the party.

Capacity: 100 people

Content: Food and drink. Show and games.

Deadline for reservation: 23:59, April 27th.

京都大学生協留学生委員会です。このたび新入生歓迎パーティーを開くことになりました。以下に詳細を記していますので、ご覧になってお気軽にご予約ください。なお、このパーティーは留学生同士、さらに留学生と日本人との交流を目的としていますので、国籍にかかわらずぜひご参加ください。また、京都大学に所属する方であればどなたでも参加できますので、お友達をお誘いの上、ぜひぜひ奮ってご予約ください。

日時：5月2日（金）　18：30パーティー開始、18：00より受付開始

場所：吉田食堂２階

参加費：新入留学生は無料。他の方（日本人の新入生を含む）は５００円。新入留学生であることを確認するために、該当する方は当日に学生証をご持参ください。「新入留学生」とは、学生証の名前がアルファベットで記載されており、かつ学生番号が「××××-26-△△△△」になっている方を指します。

定員：１００名

パーティーの内容：立食形式のバイキング、ドリンク、ショー、ゲームなど

クリスマスパーティー

クリスマスパーティのお知らせ

このたび、京大生協留学生委員会はクリスマスパーティを開催します。今回のパーティでは、参加者に「父親、母親、子供」などの新しい身分を与えて、新しい「家族」を作っていただきます。パーティ中はその家族で談笑したり、ほかの家族と交流をしたりと、参加者同士の親睦を深められます。パーティを通して外国人の友達や日本人の友達をたくさん作ることができます！もちろん、スペシャルなお食事やプレゼントも用意しております。新感覚なパーティですので、留学生の方も日本人の方もぜひお気軽にご参加ください！

ただし、今回は新歓パーティとは異なり、お一人当たり1500円の参加費を無料にすることはできません。しかし、より多くのみなさまが参加しやすいように、次のように入場料を決めました。

入場料について
・個人で申し込みをされる方：1500円/人
・３人グループで申し込みをされる方：1300円/人
・５人グループで申し込みをされる方：1200円/人

そのほかの組み合わせ（２人グループや４人グループ、または６人以上のグループ）での申し込みは受け付けておりません。必ず上の三種類の料金体系のいずれかでお申し込みください。

Christmas Party
This time Co-op Foreign Student Committee is going to hold a Christmas party！
It's different from the party for new students. We will divide the participants into several family and in each family we have the father, mother and the children sitting together and talking.What's more,  we'll also prepare delicious food,special drink and gifts for everyone.We believe this offers you an opportunity to make friends with new people and have deeper insights into another culture. If you are an international student, you will have the chance of communicating with native Japanese. And of course we sincerely welcome Japanese who are interested in foreign culture and people.

Since this is a special party, the fee is 1500yen for each person,no exceptions. However, we made three price plans so that more people can take part in the party easily. Details are as follows:

Plan 1: 1200yen for each person as a discount for a group of 5 people
Plan 2: 1300yen for each person as a discount for a group of 3 people
Plan 3: 1500yen for each person if you make a reservation only for yourself.

【Important】：We don't accept reservations except for Plan 1~Plan 3. So you can't make a reservation for a group of 2 or 4 or more than 6 people.  When you make a reservation for a group, please include all the information needed of all the members in your group.

紅葉ツアー

　11月16日に、京都大学生協留学生委員会主催の紅葉ツアーが嵐山にで行われました。今度の紅葉ツアーはゲームの形式で行われました。定員が先着順30名で、交通費無料でした。やや十カ国の留学生が参加いただき、委員会のメンバーたちと楽しい時間を過ごした。
